(continued) Rick Case Collision Center at any point during the repair process or at the end of the repairs. Please look closely, your name may not be the only one on the original insurance check, your lien or leaseholder may be on the check. It is your responsibility to have the lien or leaseholder endorse this check.

What is a deductible?

The deductible is the portion of the repair bill you will owe. You chose a deductible amount when you purchased your insurance policy. A higher deductible results in lower premium payments, but makes you responsible for paying a larger portion of the repair in the event of an accident.  Your insurance estimate will note your deductible amount.

Do you waive deductibles?
Deductibles cannot be waived. To do so would be to prepare a fraudulent estimate for your insurance company which would reflect a charge for work not performed on the vehicle.

Do you guarantee your work?

The Rick Case Collision Center guarantees all our repairs for workmanship and refinishing (Painting) for as long as you own the vehicle. Ask for a copy of our guarantee.
